Q: Before going for Tier 4..GDPR,Languages and more..

Hey, the product looks great butr I got some questions & requirements before going all in:

- we would need the backend and frontend in german language
- do incoming mails (replies) directly add to the existing tickets?
- is it possible to add pictures in tickets/mails to the customer?
- can we implement it with Zapier?
- is there some sort of editable kanban-board?
- how to handle multiple businesses (3) = different brands?
- is it possible to separate the mail-inboxes to lets say our 3 different domains
AND answer accordingly from domain/box 1, 2 or 3?
- BYOK for ChatGPT is possible for the AI and Agents?
- is is GDPR (EU!) compliant without any further stuff to sign or take care of?
- are there any limitations in tier 4 we should be aware of? Fileupload size/limits per file or in total?
- can we get satisfaction ratings from customers?
