Q: Emails
I manage 10 different websites, each with its own email addresses. Some of these companies are related, so ideally 5 of them could be connected to one shared inbox.
My question is: how does this work with multiple email addresses? Can I still send and receive emails from the individual addresses while managing them from one inbox?
For example:
example@bk.nl
test@bk.nl
another@bk.nl
And this setup repeats across 5 companies, so in total there are about 15 email addresses. Do I need to create a separate inbox for each one, or can they all be managed from a single inbox and pick the email you want to use to reply with.
I checked the knowledge base about workspaces, but the explanation wasn’t clear, and I couldn’t find a direct answer.

You can manage multiple email inboxes from one workspace. Each email has its own inbox, and you can access and reply to all from that single workspace.

But it shows with the highest tier only 4 inboxes, does that mean 4 workspaces?

SO if i have for example 10 company emails right all for the same company so i want to receive them in one inbox and thenn label them automatically and then respond with that specific email of a label to the email. How does this work?
When it inbox mean it’s inbox not workspace. Think about connecting different brand email to diff inboxes.
