Also, can end-users submit their support request via portal or email directly to each of the support email address? just like Freshdesk?

A: Yes you can setup different email for different inbox and assign person to it.

We don’t have portal because we don’t want to give end user another place to log-in. It’s just plan email for the customers but you can manage form the software.
