Q: Freshdesk alternative?
Hi,
Can we setup 4 different support email address (Tech@xyx.com, HR@xyz.com, DB@xyz.com, AP@xyz.com) and assign each account to a person's email address to manage the end-users' support needs?
Also, can end-users submit their support request via portal or email directly to each of the support email address? just like Freshdesk?

Aug 28, 2025A: Yes you can setup different email for different inbox and assign person to it.
We don’t have portal because we don’t want to give end user another place to log-in. It’s just plan email for the customers but you can manage form the software.
