I am about to purchase Tier 4 but need to clarify some points:
1. Can you confirm that ThriveDesk logo can be removed AND REPLACED by our logo?
2. I assume based on your other answers that BYOK is coming to Tier 4 - correct?
3. I have a personal email I use to buy AppSumo deals and then 2 businesses. Can the account owner domain (my private email) and the actual email inboxes used here for the helpdesk have different domains?
4. WhatsApp and FBMessenger are also coming to Tier 4 - correct?
5. Can the chat messenger also be used to sell to users who visit the website and have questions and pushing them to book a call using a calendar link? I ask since our users are B2B clients.

1. Yes, you can remove the ThriveDesk logo, but we have given the option to turn it off only.
2. Yes, BYOK will be included in Tier 4.
3. Yes, you can use different domains for the account owner and inboxes.
4. WhatsApp and Messenger integrations are planned for late December. Tier 4 is our top priority, and we’ll announce it once it becomes available.
5. For the Chat messenger, we’ll share more details once it’s ready. I’ll also pass your suggestion to the team.
