Particularly interested in Whitelabel - but ideally would like confirmation there would be:
- no visibility of Thrivedesk dot com domain for our customers
- possibility of adding a second brand/custom domain since we have two small brands and our staff need to be able to communicate using either brand and domain
- possibility for our staff to sign-in using our Microsoft 365 logins (Entra ID SSO) for simplicity and cybersecurity benefits
