Q: Why only 100 links to train AI?
This is a dealbreaker for me. I cant buy it even if i want.
Is you are selling one time credits, why not unlimited training?
Also, after the one time credits gests consume, can I use my own ai keys? Or am I forced to buy them from you?
Anyway, 100 links for training is really low and nonsense for me.

We set 100 links as a starting point, but you can also upload PDFs, connect your knowledge base, and add unlimited Q&A.
The big advantage is that with ThriveDesk’s built-in knowledge base, you can train the AI on as many articles as you want—far beyond the 100 link limit.

Do you have integration to extract the knowledge base from Tawk.to?
