Everything I need for a complete help desk system
I have set up and used other help desk tools over the years. ThriveDesk opened up many more opportunities for me, with automations, a knowledge base, API, webhooks, chatbot, and live chat. It simply has everything I need to grow my business. I purchased tier 4 a short while back. The other day I set it up with the basic functionality I needed to start collecting support tickets. I migrated from the system I was previously using and redirected my support email and added the DNS settings. Very straightforward. I am looking forward to adding more functionality to my help desk processes while creating a better user experience for my clients.
