I’ve been a customer of the founders other products like WP SmartPay
and Themesgrove, and one thing that really stands out is how everything they build fits together. A lot of founders who offer deals seem to take more of a spaghetti at the wall approach with random products that don’t connect. Here, there’s a clear alignment across the stack and it feels like they are building out a real vertical that supports businesses over the long run. That’s why I feel comfortable investing in ThriveDesk too.

I do share a couple concerns that others have raised. It would be great to have multiple workspaces under the same purchase, the cost of adding multiple Docs, KBs, etc. I run more than one business and separating team members and distributing limits would make things much easier if I could combine limits and distribute as needed (even if this means purchasing more than one T4). I am also keeping an eye on the AI credit pricing, usage, and replenishment costs. The AI features are strong, but the long term cost model needs to be fair to really make sense.

On the positive side, Tier 4 was exactly what I was looking for. The WooCommerce features are what sold me and I am really glad I went in at that level. It ties together nicely with the rest of what I am already using and fills a gap I have been searching for.

Overall, I think ThriveDesk is a solid investment. If they keep building with the same focus they have shown with WP SmartPay and Themesgrove, and if they can address the workspace and AI pricing concerns, this is going to be a tool that only gets more valuable.
