RE LACK OF SUPPORT
The lack of customer support and over-reliance on AI-bot with no follow-up for any contact details left via chatbot, or any direct means to reach or a human contact is deeply alarming.
I get the impression they are spread thinly and heavily under-resourced. I worry about the long term proposition of TD.
I am hoping they get their act together and properly setup a customer support focussed channel to deal competently and professionally with customers.
