You have 2 options, either: - Pay as you go: you are charged per ticket sold at $0.65/£0.50 - Pre pay: save up to 60% by paying upfront for credits. As low as $0.25/£0.20
Free tickets are free.
Those on the AppSumo offer, will get 10% off these prices once the year is up.
Hope that helps!
Q: Hey,
What's the difference between your platform and Eventsframe or PromoTix (these have been featured on AS before as well).
I bought Eventsframe and they have changed their offering since then and don't do what we need them to do now as they are concentrating on using crypto currency now... massive move. It caused me no end of problems this year and I had to switch back to Eventbrite at the last minute - such a shame as it was a huge conference.
We'd probably offer a very biased comparison but after a very quick review....
Eventsframe seems more focussed on crypto payments and ticketing via the blockchain.
Promotix seems to be more expensive with a complicated feature list depending on what plan you go for. You'll be glad to hear with Ticket Tailor that every feature is included as standard.
There are lots of other differences (which we think make Ticket Tailor the best platform around), but why not create an account and check it our for yourself : )
Good luck with your events!
Q: We are a marketing agency and run events for our clients, including theatre, conferences and open meetings.
Are we able to set up events with different branding with this or do we need a package for each client please? Also are free ticketed events free from cost at your end too?
If you wanted different branding for every client then we'd always suggest it's best to create multiple box offices. The AppSumo offer would only apply to one box office per claim. Once you have set up multiple box offices, it's very simple to switch between account using your "Manage box offices" page.
And yes, free tickets are free. Nothing to pay, nada.
Good luck with your clients events!
Q: We are looking for Eventbrite alternate, as Eventbrite is a dead platform in terms of new feature development ...
and customer service is horrible. I've few questions before I buy. We sell ~1500-2000 tickets / year.
1. Recurring Event Question: Event 'A' is a 2-Day event from 09:00 to 17:00 on both days. Each event has capacity of 20 max tickets. There are 3 types of tickets (Total between the 3 types of tickets, we can 20 tickets for an event)
We do about 100 Event 'A' in a year. (two events per week).
Here's the Schedule of Event A: Event A1: Dec 3-4 Event A2: Dec 5-6 Event A3: Dec 10-11 Event A4: Dec 12-13 Event A5: Dec 16-17 Event A6: Dec 19-20 Event A7: Dec 22-23 Event A8: Dec 29-30
Can all of this be published with just one TicketTailor Event ?
Unfortunately Eventbrite (We currently use) does not have 2-day recurring events.
2- Do you've abandoned cart emails for those who started buying the ticket but didn't complete the checkout ?
3- Can we retarget the customers who visited the event page ?
4- Upsells: Do you offer Upsell / OTO like Clickfunnels ?
5- What's the Roadmap of new / upcoming features ?
6- How's the customer service, if I've questions need support?
7- Will the customer buy tickets on my website (ticket tailor embedded within my website) or is it on your website ?
1: Yes, you can do this. When you add occurrences, select "Add single occurrence" and this will let you add as many 2-day events as you like. These will then appear under the same overall event, with a calender view.
2+3: Unfortunately we don't offer this atm. But I'll ensure they are logged in our roadmap.
4: Yes, we have an "add-ons" module for upselling in the checkout
5: We don't publish our roadmap, but rest assured we're busy working on lots of new and exciting features. Our blog gives an idea of how active our product updates are: https://www.tickettailor.com/blog/tag/product-updates
6: Our customer service is one of the things we're famous for! We offer 24/7 support to all box offices via our live chat, and our average response time is currently 2 minutes.
7: Yes, you can easily embed our widget directly on your website for no extra cost. You can also use our fully customizable event pages. Our both!
8: Yes, once your account is created, please contact customer support to enquire.
Hope that all helps.
Happy ticketing!
Q: $45/m to go white label!?
oof! To be honest, i'd be happier to go with a normal LTD plan that included that option somewhere, even if stacked. Any chance you can amend the deal somewhere?
As standard our event pages and embeddable widget are highly customizable and have almost no Ticket Tailor branding other than a small "Powered by Ticket Tailor" logo. We purposefully want to put our event organizers brand front and centre of the ticketing experience.
Why not try it out for free and see if it does the job without paying for the additional white label feature.
Q: This looks cool!
Need a solution that send tickets to attendees that has a QR code on it. Then when they come all I need to do is scan the QR code to check them in.
When a customer purchases a ticket they are sent an email with a QR code (you can customize this email as required)... and then you can use our free check-in app to scan the QR code on the day. Simple!
Good luck with your events!
Q: What does it mean 100 tickets per month?
Is that: a) 100 tk between 1-31/XX then another 100 tk between 1-30/XX+1 ? or b) 100 tk during 30 days, then after 30 days another 100tk. Why do I ask? I'd like to do event of at least 100 people so if it's (a) then I can launch an event mid of month XX, hopefully sell 100 and sell another 100 early month XX+1. It's a pain if I sell all 100 tk and then have to wait a few week before being able to launch a new sale.
Great question! For simplicity the 100/month starts on sign-up and then triggers every 30days thereafter. So if you sign-up on the 4th, then you credits will reload to 100 in 30days time.
You can still sell over 100 in any 30 day period but there will be a small charge as per our pricing page: https://www.tickettailor.com/pricing/
Hope that helps and means you can still take advantage of the offer.
The cost after one year depends on which currency you are paying in - so please check out our pricing page here: https://www.tickettailor.com/pricing/
Once the year is up you'll be on our standard pricing but with a bonus 10% discount applied to PAYG or Pre-pay fees. We usually are the lowest cost provider already, so the 10% off makes it an even more amazing deal!
Happy ticketing 🚀 🎟
Q: Thank you for this great offer.
I just registered. Your prices are lower than elsewhere, and I'm looking forward to trying this out.
One thing on this AppSumo page confuses me. It says, "AppSumo customers will be granted a second year renewal option at a 10% discount." Can you elaborate on this? Since you don't have monthly or annual subscriptions, and this current offer is free, what would we be saving 10% on? The pre-pay tickets or PAYG tickets?
Thanks for the feedback on the offer - great that you're interested in checking out Ticket Tailor 😊.
Yes, the 10% discount would then apply to future PAYG or Pre-pay fees incurred for sales once the annual deal is over.
Hope that helps and happy ticketing ⚡️🎟
Q: Hello,
Can this be used for students to enter dance lessons which are based now on tickets?
What I mean is that at the moment each student receives printed a credit card side 6 times ticket. Each time they come, they have to show it to the teacher to get a stamp. Once is used, they receive another one, and so on. I have been looking for a system like this for many months, in addition to the Dance Perofrmance event, we would like to use it for the above purpose. I understand that the system produces a QR code that can be hung and scanned by entrants. Would it work for dance school? One more question. Do you support Japanese and is it possible to set up everything in that language from receiving emails to anything that customers see?
If an event is happening in a venue then most Ticket Tailor events use us as their primary ticketing platform. Either because the venue uses Ticket Tailor already, or many venues will allow promoters/visiting events to sell their own tickets. We recognise this is not always the case though.
However, worth noting, that our API allows ticket sales to be imported (from other platforms) or exported (to other platforms) so it is possible to use us in conjunction with our ticketing systems.
Hope that helps 😊
Q: Can you explain what the price showing of $780 on the AppSumo is...
as I understand it, after the one year, you can buy prepaid amounts to apply for each ticket sold, or have customer pay and you don't need to buy prepaid, but there is no monthly maintenance fee. (except whitelable and seating option are add ons) Do I have this correct?
Q: Hi!
I am building an event directory site using WordPress at deathwaiver.com and would love to offer ticket sales as well.
1. Can I use TT as a white label reseller for each organizer that wants to sell tickets?
2. If so, how would organizers' ticket fees and sales be kept separate?
3. Do you have a WordPress integration or html snippet to display tickets on my site?
4. Do you have an affiliate program?
Thanks! - Paul

$780 is the equivalent cost of the standard fees for selling 1,200 tickets (100 tickets per month).
After one year our normal pricing will apply. At that stage, you can opt to either Pay as you go or Pre pay to sell paid tickets with Ticket Tailor.
All fees can be passed on to ticket buyers via our "Booking fee" setting. You can customize this amount as required.
There are additional fees for whitelable and seating chart sales.
Hope this helps.
