Features included in all plans:

"Unlimited websites"

Is this true? I have bought the max plan but I'm considering to refund since some people in the ratings are claiming that this was false advertising and it is limited to only 1 website/domain...

Kindly answer this and clarify this for all of us. Thanks for sharing this amazing product with us.

Also, I hope the full custom domain / CNAME feature arrives by February 2023 as planned by your team since it was already delayed once (I believe it was supposed to be done by Q4 2022).

Will you allow blocking unknown senders from creating tickets via email? In other words, only letting registered/known email senders create email tickets.

Q: Can I create different subdomains under tier 3 plan?

It says unlimited websites, what does that mean? Is there one platform for all websites or can I create different interfaces for each website?
