I manage a medical clinic with 10 professionals and I have a few questions: • I will need 10 calendars—one for each professional. Is that possible? • These calendars are independent, so each one will have its own availability. I understand that is feasible, but my doubt is: if schedules overlap, will appointments still be booked correctly? For example, if I book a patient with Doctor X at 2 p.m. and another with Doctor Y at 2 p.m., will the system see this as a conflict or not? • Can I link a separate Google Calendar for each professional to pull their individual availability, or would it have to be a single Google Calendar for the entire clinic? In this case, do I need an Agency Plan?
The product is good but I am not able to book meetings for teams with multiple calendars using API. I am not able to use the teams feature as the API calls return as no slot available when the other team members do have the capacity at the requested hour.
Can I know when the APIs can be enhanced to extend the team booking functionality?
Yes — the TidyCal Agency plan does support users with different email domains! You can add your personal calendars that use different email domains to TidyCal, AND you can add team members from any email address, regardless of domain. This makes it easy to manage bookings across multiple businesses under one agency account.

My business operates in a market where people speak different languages. Is it possible to customize my booking page so that clients/users can view the booking page in their preferred language?
At this time, TidyCal supports only one booking page language per account. That means it's not currently possible to offer a single booking page that automatically adjusts to each client's preferred language.
If you're working in a multilingual market, one workaround is to create separate TidyCal accounts or booking types, each customized for a specific language, and link to them accordingly based on your audience.
That said, we completely understand the value of multilingual support and it’s something our team is actively considering for future improvements.
The only way to increase your current tier 1 TidyCal plan to tier 2 (Agency), is by following the steps below:
- Log into your AppSumo.com account. - Go to your Products Page here: https://appsumo.com/account/products/ - Look for the TidyCal product you purchased and press the down arrow menu on the right-hand side of the product. - Select the "change plan." - Complete the check-out with a higher tier 2-Agency plan and pay the difference only.
