I want to be sure before I buy... I build and manage websites for clients and want to offer a calendar add-on to their sites. Am I able to do that with the agency plan? Like if I had 10 clients, I could have 10 separate calendars on 10 separate sites? Thanks!

This plan is created with having in mind teams and people that work together, so managing clients via that account won't be possible at this time. Every team member and in your case a client, has to have their own free or paid TidyCal account to join your team and while this is viable for team members who can share your Agency account with you, it will not be for clients as they all need their own unique payment processor, unique video conference links and capability to manage their own booking types.
Thank you! Am I able to buy several individual plans and hold them until a client onboards with me? Then, let them utilize the account? Or, if you plan around ongoing? Trying to figure out how to best utilize. Thanks!
Q: free accounts joining agency
In a pre sales video, i learned that for agency, team members had to have a free account. A team member could not sign up, then you chat bot informed me each team member woould need a pro account?

I am a coach working for different platforms and want the clients to book sessions through TidyCal. I noticed that when the clients receive their confirmation mail there is a calendar invite attached that shows my company email address. This should not be visible as I deliver for other companies. Calendly does not show the email address of my primary calendar. How can I hide my email address in confirmation mails?

At this time, TidyCal sends all confirmation emails and calendar invites from the primary calendar email address connected to the account. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to hide or remove that email address from the calendar invite, as it’s used to generate and send the booking event.
We completely understand your need for privacy, especially when working across multiple platforms, and we appreciate your feedback. This is something we’re aware of, and we’re actively collecting user input as we consider ways to enhance customization options in the future.
