Q: Problems connecting Zoom and calendar to agency account
I have the Agency plan, but we’re facing two issues
The people I invited to my team can’t connect their Zoom accounts. I need to connect 16 sales reps, and it seems like I have to buy an individual or agency license for each one. That doesn’t seem right to me, it doesn’t make sense
The other issue is that it’s not easy to connect a Microsoft 365 Business calendar. It requires admin approval. Doing this for 16 accounts is frustrating
I can’t find a help center—the HELP link in the navigation menu doesn’t work
I bought the Agency plan and I am having trouble adding my team mates to the plan. When I purchased agency I was under the impression that it meant that I could have each of those team members set up their own booking link to each of their own calendars. So far, I can only see where it allows me to add each of them to a team calendar but when they go to create their subsequent account it prompts them to purchase a subscription. Please advise.
How do I remove the TidyCal branding from my calendar. I purchased the Agency Plan and it says "custom branding."
My conversion rates have gone down since I launched my TidyCal calendar (vs my old calendar which was great but didn't allow for conversion tracking), and the obvious culprit is the TidyCal logo on the calendar.
Q: Can booking types check only selected team calendars, instead of requiring all team calendars to be available?
I’m using the Agency Plan with multiple team members, each having their own integrated calendar.
My use case requires context-based availability, not collective availability: • If a meeting is handled by Team Member A, only that person’s calendar should be checked • If handled by Team Member B, only that calendar should be checked • Multiple calendars should be checked only for intentionally...
I love the simplicity of Tidycal, but I would like the possibility to block a period - for example 6 weeks in a row - instead blocking one single day at a time. It feels a bit prehistoric to work like this. Is this planned in the roadmap?

Q: Block periods
Hi,
I love the simplicity of Tidycal, but I would like the possibility to block a period - for example 6 weeks in a row - instead blocking one single day at a time. It feels a bit prehistoric to work like this.
Is this planned in the roadmap?
