Although is great for it's price, it lacks some basic functionalities, like having a list of contacts where I can schedule their appointments while on the phone with them and close the appointment with their information and the ability to use different languages in different booking types

We’re glad you’re enjoying TidyCal’s value, and your points are completely valid. A built-in contact list and the ability to book on behalf of clients are both features on our internal roadmap.
As for languages, TidyCal currently applies one language across your entire account (set in your Profile Settings), and the first day of the week updates automatically based on that language. Support for different languages per booking type is something our team is actively exploring for future updates.
