Good Tool for Solopreneuers on a Tight Budget!

I love the fact that I paid a one-time fee for lifetime access (assuming that it'll be available that long). I also have an account with Cal.com, which is honestly pretty richly featured for a free account, but I thought if I ever needed to upgrade for more features, I really don't want to pay a monthly price. With the lifetime deal for TidyCal, I can be mostly confident that I won't miss out on anything. The one exception so far is that they just added functionality for teams, just an hour after I signed up for the individual lifetime access. There was no teams tier when I bought mine! I feel like I should have just gotten access to that automatically because that's what the "lifetime deal" implies. I know I could upgrade, but I bought what I did thinking I would never have to upgrade or pay more.

So far, I'm happy with most of the functionality of TidyCal for scheduling podcast guests. It's clean and well-presented for business purposes. There are a few things I wish were there, though. I'd like to connect with other payment processors. I'm not a fan of Stripe (although I do have an account) and I'd rather not set up another PayPal account for my business. I've had a lot of hassle from Stripe in signing up for, and accessing accounts. Square seems more reasonable in that regard. It would be awesome if people could pay using Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. I believe Cal.com has that option on their free account.

The cancel/reschedule link in the email reminders doesn't seem to work.

I'd like to be able to add an image and embed a video in the booking description and maybe a cover photo on the booking page for more personalization.

I am a healthcare provider so HIPAA-compliance would be nice. I'm currently having to use TidyCal for podcast guests and an entirely different system for patients. And since TidyCal can't detect my patient appointments (which come from a calendar subscription rather than a direct entry), I have to compartmentalize the two booking systems. TidyCal is set to only take appointments on one day of the week, my other system books appointments on other days.

I also sell packages as part of my services. I'd like to be able to offer promo codes and to bill monthly rather than just all-at-once billing.

Overall, it's been a great tool, although I've only been using it for a few weeks-- first the free account, then the lifetime account more recently. I'm a bit of a nerd and I love this kind of streamlined, productivity business software.
