I have been using TidyCal for a while, but the integration has been quite messed up. None of my iCal events from my Mac ever sync with TidyCal. However, any appointments booked with TidyCal do get updated in iCal. It's very annoying. I have had many dissatisfied clients who booked times that were actually unavailable, and I have to request them to reschedule. I end up manually booking appointments in both iCal and TidyCal. It’s such an inefficient tool. Additionally, there is no support available for calls or chats to resolve these issues.
