Simple tool. Features are similar to Calendly's free plan except TidyCal allows for more event types. Unfortunately, some essential features for me are lacking and I'll likely refund.

Pros:
- Simple, easy to use
- Inexpensive
- Not heavily branded
- All the essential integrations are there imo

Cons (Minor):
- You can't set a meeting location
- You can't delete contacts (if you do a test booking, the info will be there forever)
- You can't include links or bullets in your booking type description

Cons (Major)
- Google Calendar integration is buggy - it lets me book times when my calendar says I'm busy (my biggest concern with this tool)
- If you use the Zoom/Google Meet integration, ALL booking types will produce a web conference link which is confusing for clients if you intend to use it for in-person meetings as well (especially since you can't set a meeting location)
- No option to send reminders
- "Name" input field is all one field and not separated into "First Name" and "Last Name" (seems minor, but if you intend to integrate other tools using Zapier it's v important to have those as separate fields)

Overall, decent tool if you only need basic features and don't need much flexibility in customizing your appointment types. It's really just a slight step up from Calendly's free plan ONLY in that it lets you have more than one booking type. Otherwise, you're better off using something a little more advanced.
