Perfect, except for one issue that makes it unusable (for me and probably others)

I love everything about Tidycal. It's simple to use, nice to look at and does exactly what I need for my tutoring business - I have public booking landing pages for general lesson types, private booking links for students who get classes at a discounted price that other students don't know about, Stripe integration for easy payments of one-off or a package of lessons... everything in one tidy, user-friendly package. My students were impressed - the booking page looked great and the whole system made me look like a serious professional rather than your run-of-the-mill, cash-in-hand tutor. They were able to book slots for their future lessons and pay for a monthly package in advance, receiving reminder emails before each class. Absolutely the perfect scheduling system from my end as well as theirs.

So imagine my disappointment when I found out the hard way about a fatal flaw in the system. 2 of my students booked a package of 8 and 9 lessons respectively - 1-hour lessons for 20 euros each. They paid 160/180 euros and the system decided to charge them 160/180 euros PER LESSON, rather than for all the lessons in the package! So the booking page now shows that they've paid for one lesson each but payment is pending for the other lessons booked, with each hour waiting for a payment of 160/180 each, rather than the 20 euros I actually charge. These lessons have not been added to my calendar as they are regarded as "unpaid" by the system.

I have written to support about the issue, and the answer included, I quote "We’ve been made aware of the issue you mentioned, and our development team is actively investigating it so they can address it appropriately. I’ve also added you to the list of users who will receive updates as we make progress on this." So, I'm not alone in my experience of this major flaw/bug/glitch/whatever you want to call it.

Obviously, this is more than a minor inconvenience - it's a dealbreaker for me as my students like to plan their lives/book their classes for a month in advance and paying once for a package of 8 lessons rather than for each lesson individually is much more convenient.

My 60-day refund period is coming towards its end, so unless they can find a quick solution to the problem, I will have to look for alternatives to what I initially thought was the absolute ideal calendar app for my needs.
