Simply useless
I bought it due to the many positive reviews but it disappointed me very soon: Agency plan let an admin create teams and invite people but, once co-workers join, they are not able to edit their own profile and have to keep the default 30 minute booking page, with default text, default language and so on. Nothing can be changed by anyone, account administrator too.
This alone could be enough for a negative review of a tool that sells itself as an "agency tool" but the worst thing is that it goes out of sync so many times that made it useless. Every time I want someone to book an appointment with me I have to check that my google calendar is synced with Tidical...and most of the time it's not. The only time I forgot to do it I got a booked in a day I wasn't available and this forced me to get in touch with people and amend booking but, as first approach to a business, it doesn't seem so professional.
Totally unreliable.

This is definitely a surprising review. We have 250,000+ registered users inside TidyCal, having over 10,000+ bookings per day... and we haven't heard issues like this.
To answer more directly, people you invite can absolutely edit their own profile, booking settings, etc. They're an independent account, added to a team, so they have all the freedom as an individual account would (but also added to a team).
We also use best-in-class syncing with real-time webhooks and API to Google Calendar. This is the same exact process that it appears Calendly uses too, and we haven't heard concerns about this problem.
It sounds like you're experiencing some really, really strange bugs that are highly unusual (frankly, unprecedented) or there's some issues with web browsers, VPN, or something just really strange. Please email support@tidycal.com and we'll be happy to help.
