I want to review things each month, and sometimes don't even plug in all my timesheet data into my existing tool for 3 months. It works fine for me, because I only need to analyse this stuff quarterly or monthly. This is now the one thing that makes Timegram less automated than my existing, similar tool, which allows users up to 3 months. Will you consider extending the length of time before we need to log in and do it? I would be willing to upgrade to a new tier to access such a feature.

A: 1)Tracking Answer: The app tracks everything and groups it by day. The architecture supports tracking on a timeline basis but this is not currently on production environment. We need to iron out some kinks there first in terms of UI.
We have an 'exclude URLs' feature, where any domain you enter is completely ignored and doesn't show up when logging time at all, along with all URLs associated with that domain.
2)Analytics/GDPR Answer: The team member can see their own stats while the Owner can see everyone's. We also have a Manager role wherein the Manager can see stats for their own team only. You can create an unlimited number of teams and assign managers to their own teams. We do have team-level reports in the Insights section. And yes, the app is GDPR-compliant in that we remove data upon your request and provide you proof of deletion.
3)Invoicing and payment Answer: Right now, invoices are generated in PDF format automatically based on the billing rate you set and the hours spent on a client project. Stripe integration is in the works but may take a little while. At present, you cannot send an invoice without time being tracked, although, you can just put in a 'Manual Time' entry for however many hours you want and then send the invoice without actually tracking time. Lastly, I like the 'bonus payment' feature and will add it to the roadmap.
4)Mobile app Answer: This is on the roadmap for Q1 2024.
5)Email/SMS alerts Answer: We have a complete Notifications module which we are very close to releasing, likely in the next 2 weeks. It is undergoing testing.
6)Intergrations Answer: At this point, we only offer integrations via Zapier. We are now actively developing native integrations, where we are prioritizing Jira and Clickup for now. I did take a look at Flowlu and see that they provide integrations via Integrately as well. I will explore that particular integration for timegram for addition to the roadmap.

A: In theory, timegram's current architecture supports screenshots but we neither endorse not provide it. We could eventually give it as a toggle-able option to customers in the future though (would require a couple of weeks worth of development effort).
As far as keystroke and click logging goes, we track the number of but not what is pressed, and we do so to configure rules for idle or active time.
A: I really appreciate you saying this. For Zapier, it's actually an unfortunate story. At the time of publishing on AppSumo, our Zapier integration was complete, but when we pushed it into production and actual users started using it, we discovered some literal dealbreakers in terms of how the integration worked. We are currently working on resolving that - should be out very soon.

Q: This looks amazing, and I've picked it up, and would easily give 5 stars, except for one thing.
The deal says Zapier and other integrations are available but on the site they just say 'coming soon'. So they are not available, right?
