Yes, Timerise can be used for multiple businesses, but the LTD deal is not the best for that. We have a dedicated model and offer for resellers. How about we move this conversation to email (pk@timerise.io)? Let me know, and I'll be happy to help.
Do you offer unlimited calendars & spaces? Am I able to provide individual calendars for other business and tailor and brand them to specific businesses?
I'm a bit confused by how customizable the features are. One thing I really want my scheduler to do is to nudge people to specific slots so I don't end up with a Swiss cheese calendar. Is there a way to highlight specific slots or not show everything immediately?
Very interesting use case. Could you tell me more via email at pk@timerise.io? But in answering, there's no way to do that using the built-in booking pages. However, you can still achieve that by building your own front-end with our API or even modifying our open-source booking page available at https://github.com/timerise-io/open-booking-page. Let me know if you need assistance with that.
I use a workaround for this. If you connect timerise with google calendar, you can decide which of the calendar interacts with your timerise schedules. That means, you can set a blocker in your google calendar and within seconds, the slot in timerise isn't available for your client. Perhaps this helps.
Q: When people book an appt, who does the email come from?
(Can you configure it to come from my email address rather than yours?) Does SMS notifications come in the package? Can you restrict the calendar availability so it only shows a week ahead? Also this app seems to be more than other calendar apps on Appsumo, please can you explain the difference between this app and other apps?
Q: Can you ask custom questions on the booking form?
Is there a way to deny people the option to book if they don't agree with your terms of service or they answer no to a question they need to answer yes to?
Thank you for reaching out. There are no such settings in the application itself. To achieve the effect you described, you would have to use our API. We have an idea on how to address this. Let me know at pk@timerise.io for details.
Q: Does your solution allow assigning booking packages to a client?
For example, if I want to give a client 3-session package for 1:1 sessions with me, does the solution allow me to do that and keep track of the sessions used, etc?
Thank you for reaching out. We can assign special codes to services and provide them to your customers. When purchasing a package of three sessions, the customer would receive three codes which they would provide when booking the service. Providing them would be mandatory. Let me know if you work at pk@timerise.io.
"Can I connect my Apple calendar?" No, currently we only support Google Calendar.
"What does it mean? 1% transaction fee?" Could you point me to that? There's no 1% transaction fee for anything.
"I have 6 calendars for different businesses Is it possible to connect multiple calendars to 1 account?" For now it's possible to add one calendar to one account. But within one account, e.g. Google, you can have 6 calendars added and these can be synchronized with Timerise.
"Stripe is not available in my country Why you don't add a simple credit card payment method?" Stripe offers payment processing using credit cards, along with various other options. The available features depend on your Stripe account setup. What additional requirements do you have apart from using Stripe?
"What about apple pay/google pay?" With Stripe, you can set this up. Your customers will have the option to pay for your services using those, along with the credit card option. Stripe is a processor of various payment methods.
"Does it support right-to-left language?" I'm sorry, but not at this point. We offer our booking sites in open-source, so you can modify them yourself. We'll be happy to help. Take a look here - https://github.com/timerise-io/open-booking-page.
"Can customers pay with different currencies such as shekel?" Yes, each service has its own setup. If a currency is missing, we can quickly add it.
Maybe we should move the thread to emails? I'd love to learn more about your project. Let me know at pk@timerise.io.
Q: Hello, I am start a transport company that offers private chauffeurs and private tours in Cape Town.
Can I use your app as a booking system to keep my clients updated, and share a booking with the driver that is doing the transfer/tour, so that they are clued up on all the details for the booking? Can I hide certain details of a booking from the driver, like price?
Thank you for reaching out. Yes, we can cover your case including hiding certain information, but I would like to know more details. Please contact me at pk@timerise.io.
We are looking for a scheduling appointment setting software that has a "questionnaire pre-qualify feature" before the potential customer or client books a discovery call.

Q: Hi
I'm looking for a booking system for 3 businesses that I run.
A yoga studio (booking for regular classes) A martial arts studio (booking only for new students) A design consultancy (booking for a discovery call)
I am looking for a software solution that can consolidate all bookings into a single platform, while ensuring that users only have access to the calendar relevant to their needs. Is Timerise suitable?
Of course! Timerise sounds like a good fit. You can always sign up and start a 14-day free trial on our website to test the product yourself. Let me know if you need my assistance via email at pk@timerise.io or chat in the app or website. I'd be happy to learn more and help.
I have one question, or rather a need. I would like to be able to announce group classes that will only take place when a specific group of people gather (for example group starts when there are 10 ppl. In addition, this event has to be displayed on the calendar and information about the quantity of event ,members must be visible thank you so much for helping me
I'm glad you're enjoying Timerise. I have more questions about your use case. Could you contact me through email pk@timerise.io or via chat in the app or website? I might have an idea how to cover this.
Currently, we offer an integration with Google that includes signing in/up and syncing with Google Calendar. We have plans to add Outlook later this year. Could you please provide more details about your use case via email at pk@timerise.io? I'd be happy to learn more.
Q: Hello, your service is looking very promising and I like the clean interface you provide.
I have a question regarding my needs: I offer rehearsal rooms and I the customer should have the option to book several time slots within one booking process. If that's not possible, could be a workaround to offer different services for one location just with different durations? e. g. 60 minutes, 120, 180...? thank you for your help
I think you already reached me via email, but let me answer here for the AppSumo community. Currently, to do that, you have to build your own front-end (booking pages). However, very soon, we'll be releasing multi-select and recurring appointments, and you'll be able to do that out of the box. The example you described won't be a good workaround in terms in that case - it won't give you the multi-selection of slots in one booking process. Here's our roadmap https://intercom.help/timerise/en/articles/8260045-our-roadmap-for-2023.
Allow me to answer. A lifetime deal is a one-time payment, as opposed to SaaS subscriptions, which are billed annually or monthly. LTD is great when you find that the feature set is just right and covers your use case. A SaaS subscription is great for further customization, our engagement, and adding more features. SaaS customers get to have an impact on our roadmap. Basically, it offers a more tailored experience. The choice depends on your case and future plans. "Hosted" means that you don't have to set up your own infrastructure (i.e., servers) to make the system work. It's all on us.
"Thank you!, I understand this is is in your cloud and I don't need to configure anything!" Exactly. This is how it works!
Q: Hi,
I run an educational institution and have teachers who work with me.
I am currently using google calendars for teachers and wanted to move away from that. I am looking for a calendar system that can provide individual calendars to each teacher and can be integrated to their personal google calendars (to avoid double booking). I also wanted to add students (1-1 and group) to their particular booking so that they can get notifications about their classes. All of these should be managed by my communication staff. Ofcourse, we want booking calendar system too (especially one-time link, would be very helpful). Can timerise do all of this?
Thank you for sharing. I think we can accommodate your case. Could you contact me via email at pk@timerise.io or through the chat in the app? I'd like to know more since there are some details to be established.
Also, I highly recommend signing up for a 14-day free trial to test Timerise. Just visit our website at www.timerise.io.
Q: is it possible to set up recurring books?
for example a client can book every monday at 1pm and get charged per month or per meeting or something

May 15, 2024A: Hi,
Thank you for that question. Currently, it's only possible to do that using our API, but this feature will be available in the app by the end Q1 2024.

That's a bummer since we don't use Google calendar and it's not practicle to switch at this time. :-(

1. Yes, you can use custom fields for that.
2. Yes, you can set agreeing to T&C and PP as obligatory. Without it, customers won't be able to book.
I hope that helps.
