Every Tool has room for Improvement. I am sure this one has it too. But Overall fabulous tool. Money well spent for my needs.

Completely abandoned ?

I've been using TimeSync every day for 2 years. I like the product but it seems to have been completely abandoned. No response from support, persistent bugs (some appointments are doubled when you have several appointment slots). It's a shame, because I found this solution much more pleasant than the competition. But when you look at the roadmap, with proposals for 2021 still under review, you wonder about the future of the product.

I could not access the tool from website. Strange!

Whenever I need to explore the tool, I must go via links provided in the AppSumo product section. Also, it creates confusion when you show 2 different apps at one place.

Zoom Integration does not work

I cannot use the software until the creator figures out the Zoom integration. Right now Zoom has suspended the app - so when your calendar won't integrate with the tool you use to book meetings - it just does not work.
Note - I have reached out the the support address a few times and have received no reply. Looks like I will have to get a refund.
