A: Let’s give you an example. Suppose you bought the tier-03, which has 50-seat canvas limits. That means you can set each new canvas for up to 50 meetings/events. For example, you have two events, one is for a concert and another one for a movie theater. As you make different canvases for each of these 2 events, you used 2 seating canvases. Now in those canvases, you can add as many seats as you want, no limits there. You can limit the number of seats in those canvases if you want, but it’s completely up to you. As for the canvases, they are limited and you can add new, more than 50 canvases by adjusting/removing existing canvases and adjust the number. We would like to inform you that, From your agency dashboard you do not have the capability to limit the accessibilities of the sub-accounts. For instance, you cannot set restrictions on their seating canvases, team members, or custom domains. Meanwhile, regarding your query about the white-label policy, I'm pleased to confirm that sub-accounts and their customers will not see your branding. However, you have the option to enable or disable this feature as per your preference.

– As an agency account holder on Timetics.Ai, you can add and manage multiple sub-accounts under your brand, allowing you to resell these sub-accounts to other brands. Seat Canvas will be shared among all the agency accounts with complete customization access similar to regular account users.
For seating arrangements (for example- your plan offers 20 seating arrangement canvas) means, under each seating arrangement canvas you can add unlimited number of seats no matter how big the event is.
