have a question, since this plan is supposed to be for one year, but in my account it appears as a 10-day trial that expires on May 3 . I don't understand if I will have access for a year or if it is just a 10-day trial, which would not make sense to have to put an appsumo code or promote this application here. By the way, what I have seen so far of the application seems very interesting to me, everything looks well designed and integrated and I am excited to start using it for my company. I wait for some answer to understand the situation. Thank you very much.

Q: I'm looking for a hubstaff replacement, but the only way this will replace hubstaff is with 1.

And what type of company would release a pay per month product on a very popular website which focuses on delivering life time deals (and then ignore questions for 5 weeks)?
I can't image you'll find too many long term customers here. If you change your mind and want to do a LTD I'll reconsider this. But as it stands - a 5 week wait for customer service when you expect a pay per month relationship is just not good business practise.
