1. You can use TimeTrack By Apploye (Standard Plan) for free up to 7 Employees for 1 entire year (7 Employee + 1 owner account = Total 8). After 1 year if you want to continue using then you can contact support and get a discounted pricing of $2 User/ Months Grandfathered.

2. You want to start using TimeTrack. You will be charged for 3 employees (10-7) at a rate $2/user/months paid annually. After 1 year you will be charged for all 10 employees but at the rate, you are already in.

3. You will be grandfathered to the price of the paid plan you opt-in. If you make any purchase you will be charged $2/User. You will be grandfathered to this plan. So say after 2 years you want to add 5 new employees, you will still be charged $2 if you keep your account active.

For RemoteTrack & FieldTrack

Since We were not able to provide a LifeTime deal to these two plans, so decided to extend a lifetime discount to Sumo-lings for RemoteTrack & FieldTrack as well.

Let's say you have 10 employees
1. You will be charged for all 10 employees from now but at a rate of $3/user/months discount from the Annual Plan price. If you add someone after say 2 years and your account is still active, you will still be charged at $3 even if our price increases since you are grandfathered to this plan.
