    I’m Bastien, the founder of Tiny Chat. To put it simply, Tiny Chat is a live chat that integrates directly with Slack.

    For Slack users, it’s a game changer—no need for yet another platform or mobile app to manage customer interactions. Everything happens in Slack, seamlessly.

    My goal with Tiny Chat isn’t to create a bloated all-in-one tool, but rather to keep it simple, efficient, and affordable. And for developers out there, we’ve built a powerful JavaScript API that lets you unlock advanced features and customize the chat to fit your needs. Tiny Chat may be lightweight, but it can compete with the best live chat tools out there. 💪

    A bit about me: This is my first SaaS product on AppSumo, and I’ve been working on it for the past two years. Recently, another developer joined the team, and we’ve been adding features while ensuring robust security and testing. Tiny Chat is already live in production, and our current users are running it smoothly.
