I need the ability to select my bots font size (older users' feedback for most bots/chat is font is too small for them to read) Is this possible?

2. For lead generation... Is this collected conversationally or only from direct form input inside the bot?

3. Webhooks? I read you are focusing on Zapier but that would be a critical mistake as most appsumo customers actually use alternatives such as Pabbly, Active Pieces and Integratley... Webhooks let everyone use any automation platform they wish to.

4. Can I customize it so my chat matches the dark mode design of my website?

5. The chatbot design/function is flawed on mobile using iPhone at least right now... Why was this not tested and corrected before accepting customers to the service? 89.5% of the sites visitors last month where all from mobile browsers.

Thank you for your questions!

1. Yes, this is something a few other customers also wanted, so I'm glad to see more interest. How would you prefer to have this control? Do you think it's better to set it once per bot and every visitor sees the same font size, or is it better to leave this control to the visitor to decide, like a settings of the chat widget, if the user finds it too small they can adjust for themselves only?

2. Leads are collected within the conversation using an input box. The flow is like this: user sends their first message, chatbot replies the to user message and then a second message from the bot arrives with a sentence you can configure and an input to accept the email address. Once input is submitted, a final thank you message is displayed within the same message which you can also configure.

3. Webhooks? Yes! :D So we are indeed focussing on Zapier integration next because there is demand for it, but this doesn't mean we have to stop there. If Pabbly or another provider is also desired, we can definitely put this on our roadmap and deliver it. If you also have use cases for just pure webhooks, we'd love to deliver it, please tell us your expectations (like events, auth, triggers etc.) using our Canny roadmap link provided above. 🙌

4. Currently you can customize some of the colors but not to the extend that it becomes full dark mode. This is something that I've been wanting to introduce but other heavy features made dark-mode a bit more "nice to have" rather than "must have". If you would be kind enough to add this on our roadmap, we can plan that it, and if you can also write your expectations, we would be happy to consider them!
