Q: agency questions and pricing
I'm asking you this questions from an agency point of view.
1) Firstly, I saw your reply that it's not white label, so basically if the client takes over as a human in the bot, they will definitely see your branding (TinyTalk), and there is no way we can change that—the logo and the backend panel where they take over as a human and talk to their customers?
2) Now, with regard to the users, if my client wants two people handling the back‑end of this bot as human support, I will need two extra seats, which will cost $10 per user. For two users, that will be $20 per month. Is that correct?
3) There are a lot of chatbots in the market that are doing exactly the same thing. I was wondering how you plan to compete with them, and whether you have any current ongoing MRR/funding to sustain the future in the long run.
