As far as I know, no, you cannot add a WhatsApp Business API account to a group chat. Meta's WhatsApp Business API is designed exclusively for one-on-one messaging and does not support group chat functionalities.

I saw in a few places that WhatsApp may bring this support to the official API in the future. I am aware that some other products make this possible by using unofficial methods, we're strictly using the official API, so in this case Tiny Talk won't be able to achieve what you're looking for, sorry.
