We've been hard at work pushing forward with our Helpdesk features. This week we released the first iteration of this and now you can browse the conversations between your visitor and the AI Chatbot. Next step is to allow human takeover and handoff features. Right after that we will be starting with Zapier and possibly Pabbly integrations as these are highly requested features. Once we have those in place, then we can indeed create a few utility functions around it like pushing collected leads to Zapier or Pabbly and from there you can route your request/payload to wherever you like.

Regarding Woocommerce, we plan to integrate function calling features from OpenAI, with this you can define certain functions to be called which may be your backend that can retrieve a an order status. We don't have an exact technical implementation/design in our mind yet, but we do want to provide this functionality as soon as possible. There is just too many exciting features taking shape which will feed each other.
