Q: Chatbot administration and/or tracking panel

Greetings, trying to understand how the tool works to offer the service as an agency, I have the following question: does each chatbot have its own inbox to track it?
Example 1 - if I have 100 chatbots and I want to track each one, would I have to be aware of all 100 bots or could I delegate it to several people?
Example 2 - if I configure chatbots for different clients, can each client track their bot independently?

Each chatbot is completely isolated from each other, each have their own API Key, Settings, Integrations, Inbox etc.

If you have 100 chatbots, each would have its own Help Desk for instance to track conversations and reply users if needed be. You can share your account with your team if desirable, otherwise we will be introducing "Team Features" in the near future as it is a widely demanded feature which will allow you to invite others(colleagues/clients) to your account to manage chatbots that you allow them to manage.
