Q: ChatGPT 4.0 in first two tiers
Is it not possible to bring our own keys for GPT4.0 in the first two tiers? If not, why not? (considering its our own key)

You have to bring your own key regardless the tier. Only basic model GPT-3.5 Turbo is available in the first two tiers. This is due to mapping of our AppSumo tiers vs our paid subscription plans, they have to offer similar/parallel set of features.

Thanks for reply, but I'm not getting your logic- I get the need to map tiers. But if its us paying for the model credits, then it makes no sense to lock us out of different model options. I would totally get it if they were included credits, but even with included credits I would expect access to models we then pay for if the API key exists. And what happens when 3.5 becomes irrelevant?
Again, this has to do with the mapping. Our "Basic" plan available for monthly subscription has GPT 3.5 Turbo as the only selection, so AppSumo Tier 1/2 is also "mapped" to this. We cannot offer something that diverges from that, hope that is clear.
