When you get onboard with Tiny Talk, you have to bring your own Open AI API key, this ensures you have full control over your costs, limits and never have to rely on our limits.
At the moment we are working on Help Desk feature and will be releasing the beta version in a few weeks. Beta version will allow you to have oversight on conversations between your AI Chatbot and the visitor, with additional information of the visitor/lead and the conversation analysis. After this we will extend this with human take-over to have a full-blown help desk features.
