A. when Advanced Analytics should be available to use and which which tier it will be applicable?
B. when Seats feature should be available to use and which which tier it will be applicable and how many sets per tier?
C. when Help desk human intervention should be available to use and which which tier it will be applicable?

Thank you for reaching out.
We expect Advanced Analytics to become available through the 3rd/4rd quarter of 2024. Tier-wise we still need to assess it viability, as you know it is not part of our offering within AppSumo LTD, but we do want to offer our users as many features as we can provide in a sustainable way. I believe for tier 6/7 this should be available once it is introduced.
Similar for Seats/Team features, it is not part of our AppSumo LTD offering but we will be doing our best to introduce this at some level. For both features depending on our viability/sustainability assessment, it may be introduced as a monthly add-on pack. Again it is not very clear yet as we are mainly focused on delivering feature requests from Sumolings in the next 2-3 months at least. So I would prefer to refrain from making false promises. Our approach has been, "under promise, over deliver" and delight our customers.

Ah, sorry I missed the third question.
We are actively working on Helpdesk, human takeover/handoff, this is part of a 3 phase rollout. We introduced chat history and Helpdesk user interface a couple of weeks ago, the remaining two phases are, human takeover/handoff and for user to have multiple conversations and conversation history on their end as well. We might roll these two parts into one before we release it which may have impact on the release timeline. Our current estimation is about 3-4 weeks.
Tier-wise the current version of the Helpdesk is available to all tiers but once the whole end to end Helpdesk features are introduced, as disclosed in our tiers listing, it will be offered only for tier 3 and above.
