Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the delay in my response.

For both topics there are intermediary solutions that you can apply on your end. Hiding the chat widget on mobile devices is relatively simple, we can target the widget css class and hide it below certain screen sizes that are common among mobile devices.

Similar for hiding it for various subpages as well, though a little less trivial compared to first point but certainly possible.

We could also introduce these as options in our Dashboard eventually, there is no problem on that, but we haven't prioritized such functions yet, not that they aren't valuable, but more due to competing priorities among our roadmap items.

I'm creating two backlog items for these two requests and will try to tackle them as soon as possible. But if you choose to do it on your end without waiting us deliver this feature, let us know and we would be happy to provide you examples on how you can do this on your end using JavaScript and CSS.
