You can customize the user facing chat widget, like colors, avatar etc. But if you mean white-labeling the admin facing dashboard, no, we do not plan to support this in near feature. Eventually we may do it under certain conditions but it is not our priority.

Regarding the models, yes GPT models, including GPT 3.5, GPT-4, GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini. Let us know if you are looking for a particular model support.
