1. Unfortunately you cannot take payments through our platform, we do not offer WooCommerce, Razorpay or any other payment integration. We have some limited way of rate limiting the user messages, but this is a manual operation and would not scale as you might wish.

2. As replied in the email, we will allow PDF option to download a conversation, but we do not have any plans to include a watermarking or anything similar to that. This is a very specific use case, we may provide the endpoints for you to automate this on your own in the future. As for emailing conversation, this will be available in the future, but not at the moment.

3. You can create as many chatbots as you wish but each chatbot can connect to only 1 WhatsApp account, which requires a real phone number. So as long as you have as many phone number as you wish to create and as long as WhatsApp/Meta allows you to do that, you should be able to do it.

4. Sure, you can use our embedding script to add a chatbot to your website.
