Q: Pre-purchased questions regarding WhatsApp and customer verification

Hi, I'm interested in your product. I already have a license for a similar product. What I would like to know is the following:
1. Can I train the chatbot on documents or on a website content and for it to answer those questions via WhatsApp? So anybody connected to my WhatsApp group or WhatsApp? Number can ask a question and the chat but can answer via WhatsApp. Is that possible on your platform?
2. Is there a way to allow only customers to use the service? For example the chat what might have a name or a Field called Customer number, and if the customer enters the correct number then they can have a conversation. I do not know if this is a feature that is built into your platform or if it can be customised with some coding to work like that. Is that possible at all?
