We have a throttling/rate limiting mechanism to prevent chatbot responding to questions after predefined number of messages. Once the limit is hit, the chatbot answers with a message which you defined. This message could include a link to a payment page like Stripe.

Once you know which user ID's have made a payment, you can lift the limit of those users and allow them to continue conversation.

This whole feature is only available for WhatsApp, we could extend it for regular web users of the chatbots but it will require some of our other features to be completed first in order to make it possible. And even then, we would need a little bit more integration; if you have a set of user id's who you know that have paid, you must pass those user id's to our chat widget so that we can use to identify the correct users, otherwise if the user cleans up their browser storage, they will lose the user id that we assign them.
