Hi there!
Ive purchased tier 7, just wondering for every bot can we add an extra seat for the user free?
eg if i make a bot for a client, i'll need to add them as a seat user so we can onboard their whatsapp?
As right now I've no way to add whats app chat unless i login with facebook (meaning i'll need to either have their logins... or give the client my logins to tiny talk so they can login with fb on their pc?)

Seats are paid features that can be purchased as an add-on per member/user. For tier 7 customers, we gift 1 seat as a token of gratitude. For additional member invites you can purchase additional seats under the Billing & Plans page.

note: ive just tried the invite members (beta) ont he new workspace i added for my client.
tried to invite him as an editor/visitor and even as an admin and none of the emails went though to him

Hello,
WhatsApp integration requires a Facebook login and working phone number to register a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). There can be further requirements during onboarding. We advise this to be done by the account owner.
If you're not the Facebook and WABA account owner, then you need to invite your client as a member to your workspace which requires a seat.
