Yesterday we introduced Slack support, so if you're using Slack in your workflow, you could integrate your chatbot with your Slack Workspace and talk over there.

As for Finnish language, yes! This heavily depends on the underlying models, and OpenAI models do support it, we also do our best on our side during search and retrieval across your knowledge base and consider language specific features.
