Hi, I'm interested in your product. I already have a license for a similar product. What I would like to know is the following: 1. Can I train the chatbot on documents or on a website content and for it to answer those questions via WhatsApp? So anybody connected to my WhatsApp group or WhatsApp? Number can ask a question and the chat but can answer via WhatsApp. Is that possible on your platform? 2. Is there a way to allow only customers to use the service? For example the chat what might have a name or a Field called Customer number, and if the customer enters the correct number then they can have a conversation. I do not know if this is a feature that is built into your platform or if it can be customised with some coding to work like that. Is that possible at all? Please let me know if the features are a possibility? Thank you.
