Q: Tier 4-7 Differences / WhatsApp / SM / Human hand off and mobile app

Hi,

1)a)Aside from the number of chatbots, characters and messages per month - is there any difference between Tier 4, Tier 5, Tier 6 and Tier 7?
b)All tiers only have 1 seat (1 user account)?
c)What is the cost per month for each additional seat and can they be purchased on any tier?
d)Do seats only have access to chatbots they are invited to?

2)Is your WhatsApp integration via Meta API directly or Twilio? (or can it be both)

3)What social media platforms do you support?

4)Human hand off
a)Do you have human hand off/live chat or is this planned?
b)Is there an iOS mobile app planned?

A: Hi Matt,

Thank you for reaching out.

1.a: Tier 7 plans include access to models from OpenRouter, such as Claude, Gemini, Grok, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, and Qwen. In addition to these models, Tier 7 plans come with a complimentary Custom Domain allowance, which is typically a paid add-on. Furthermore, as we develop team features, these will also be available as add-ons, with Tier 7 plans receiving one complimentary seat. Similarly, advanced analytics charts will be available for Tier 7 once it becomes available.

1.b: That’s correct; the account owner is essentially the primary user. Once the Teams feature is launched, Tier 7 plans will include one additional seat, with the option to purchase more seats by subscribing to the add-on.

1.c: The cost will be announced once the feature is live, and it will be available for purchase by any tier.

1.d: Users will be invited to a workspace, where they will have access to all the bots associated with that workspace.

2. WhatsApp integration is only via Meta/WhatsApp Business API.

3. At the moment only WhatsApp, we plan to offer Facebook/Instagram in the future.

4.a: Available, visitors of your chatbot can request human take over and you can assist those visitors using the Help Desk on Tiny Talk Dashboard. Please mind that this feature is limited to web based conversations only and is not yet available for WhatsApp.

4.b: We really want to offer a mobile app, primarily iOS first. But is it not yet planned as we have plenty of features to build and release first.
