Q: Tier 4 Agency Features: Form Toggle + White Label Workspaces?
As an agency owner with Tier 4, evaluating TinyTalk for client reselling. Two key questions for agency scalability:
1. Contact Form Control: Can I manually toggle the lead capture form on/off per bot/workspace? It sometimes auto-shows inconsistently—I need reliable on/off switch to optimize conversions without manual tweaks on live client sites.
2. White Label Workspaces: Full white label support to create isolated workspaces per client? Invite them to their own help desk space to manage chats/leads independently (no access to my account)—essential for agencies handling multiple businesses.
These make-or-break for Tier 4 as agency tool. Thanks!

Feb 20, 2026A: Hi! 👋
Thank you for reaching out.
1. You can manually toggle the lead capture form on/off per bot. There are certain conditions for the lead capture form to be displayed, it could be that a condition made it feel like it is inconsistent. Regardless, we'd be happy to learn if you can provide steps to reproduce the behavior.
A few things I can say for the conditions:
- When configured, lead capture form is displayed at the start of every new conversation after the first response of the assistant.
- If multiple fields are configured and the form is partially completed, on every new conversation form will be shown again but only for the remaining fields as the previous fields would have already been collected.
- If user has previously filled all the fields, form would not be displayed.
- If new attributes are added to the form, above rules apply to collect the remaining new field.
2. Yes, you can create completely isolated workspaces per client. Each workspace can have many bots, and each bot is isolated from each other as well. You can invite your clients to the workspace and they will have access to only the bots within that workspace. They can manage their own Help Desk, chats, leads independently without gaining access to your account.
Invited members can have different roles, like Viewer, Editor and Admin. Viewer is a readonly role with the least permission, while admin has the most permission.
Workspaces is relatively new and we'll soon publish our new documentation site with more content to answer potential questions.
"Full white label support" is a broad term that packs a lot and can have different meanings. For instance we do not offer any customization on the administration dashboard. Custom domain and seat(member) features are available as an add-on.
Hope this helps and let me know if there's anything I can help with.
All the best,

Perfect! I'm testing on the same conversation and it doesn't show anymore. Now I see that is because the data is being stored. I wonder if there is any option to manually remove the contacts from the "Leads" section to test all. I'm doing some webhook connections to N8N to store in Google Sheets, and send a notification to the user, etc
-The white label I mean add own logo or colors and domain :)
Thanks for the follow-up!
At the moment we don't allow removal of leads/contacts because removing them would also remove their conversations, I understand in your case there is no conversation but by extension it is related. Best thing I can suggest at the moment is to use an incognito browser, what will create a new contact every time for fresh tests but it will pollute the leads table indeed.
We'll soon add a filter on the leads table. Another suggestion is to do that test on a bot that you can delete later when you lock down your configuration/setup.
Regarding white label; as mentioned before, there is no customization on the dashboard/admin side. You can customize the user facing messenger with the brand logo and colors, we do offer custom domain as an add-on 👍
