Do you mean analyzing video frames and use that as part of the knowledge base? I wouldn't say "no" outright, if there is high demand we could, but right now it's less likely to happen, sorry!

No, I mean uploading a video that is used to train the chatbot (as I can do with the current platform I use). I have many workshops saved as video or audio files that I would like to use to train my Chatbot so I wondered if you ever plan to have this as a format as well as docs and PDFs.

I believe we're saying the same thing. Does the current platform you use make use of only the audio of the video, or also the visuals, do you know?
It is more likely that we can support audio of the video, or just audio files, but I don't think we'll analyze the visuals/frames of a video anytime soon.
