You can use any phone number that can receive an SMS (to verify the ownership during integration).
But WhatsApp does not allow a phone number being connected to more than 1 provider at the same time. If your phone numbers are integrated with Twilio, it will probably not going to work.

But you can try it for free, just create an account with Tiny talk and use the Integrations page to Login with Facebook to go through the onboarding then see if it has any impact on your Twilio setup/configuration.
