Q: White label and agency.
Hello! I have 2 questions.
1. I am considering purchasing the highest level after testing a level 1. So I would like to know how long it can take to enable the agency space and each client can manage the responses of their bot!
2. I was able to make all the connections and learning of my first bot but I don't know how to delete the history of a phone number, let me explain, to do tests I used a number and when I reached the configured limit there is no way that that number can talk to the bot again... even on another day! Is there a way this can be modified! The idea would be that a person has limits but per day not forever

Thank you for the questions and happy to hear you're considering upgrading your tier.
1. We understand this is a highly expected and in-demand feature. Our plan is to roll this out during Q1 of 2025.
2. You can delete the conversations using the Help Desk, when you select a conversation there is a trash bin icon at the top of the conversation. The throttling/rate limit feature for WhatsApp indeed works without any time limit. A user is either allowed to send a message or not. Once the user hits the limit, you can allow that user to continue sending messages without any limits, this is also done using the Help Desk.
We will introduce more advanced limit options, for both web-based and WhatsApp messages, it is part of our roadmap but we're unable to commit to a timeline for this yet.
