- I bought the first-tier deal recently and tried setting up my first bot. I added 6 documents and a total of about 55K characters. I clicked to train the bot based on these data but for over 4 hours, the training isn't done yet. How long does it take? And also, does it mean I can't have any interactions with the bot unless the training is completed?
- I gladly bought 7 tier model, expecting it to unlock DeepSeek, because in our niche (philosophy), DeepSeek does much better job then ChatGPT (no matter which model). But it says "upgrade your plan to use this model". I've only activated tier 3, and don't think there's point activating remaining 4 until I get confirmation from you. If DeepSeek can't be activated, very very sadly, I'll have to refund, but really don't want to. Even willing to pay another $300 if you can activate for us, as we really need it. Let me know.
