Good Robot
I like everything about this bot, from the easy setup, responsive answers and the ability to fine-tune the responses. I was able to create a bot, upload some documents to the knowledge base and modify the prompt. After a few rounds of questions and answers I felt comfortable enough to send the link to my client for their testing. I was able to watch the testing through the "Help Desk" feature. After another round of questions and answers from my client, the last message from my clients was to thank the bot for providing good answers :-) The bot took the compliment well. There are a bunch of other bots out there, but this one takes the cake.

Website URL crawling is not smart enough
PROS:
Interface is VERY slick and intuitive. Easy to understand without any external guides.
CONS:
Knowledge base does not allow us to type in custom data. Having to upload a doc everytime is a hassle. Would be good to have a field to just let us put in the info.
Whatsapp integration does not have a feature to let us take over (eg. when we send a message manually, bot stops responding to customer). This will be highly useful if using this purely for Whatsapp.
OTHERS:
Would be good to include a roadmap in the interface so we can see what features are being worked on, along with requests. This product is highly promising!
IMPROVEMENTS:
The playground button should be highlighted more, as it is likely the button that is pressed the most.

Just Missing The Ability To Use In Facebook/Instagram
I knew they weren't available when I signed up, but access to Facebook and Instagram would be a quality addition.
That being said, I really like the platform for web based bots. The UI is pretty straightforward, everything is easy to find, and you can customize quite a bit, though as a designer, more options here would also be amazing. Also dark mode would be cool.
Again, these aren't complaints. I love the platform and hope to see more of these features in the future.

I'm still experimenting with Tiny Talk bot as a tutor and answers are .ore accurate than others but one important aspect to highlight is how responsive the team has been to questions and requests for fixes (such as maths support). Also the team has been working on new functionalities and delivering on their roadmap (for instance the possibility to customize icon).
