Bad support
I had bought 6 codes, now only one code is still active, all the others have been cancelled. I wrote to support twice, no response. I searched the website for an imprint, address or telephone number, but found nothing. The business behaviour is dubious.
Update: The Tina talk team have corrected the error with the codes. Due to the inconvenience, I only give three stars.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We checked our support system but couldn’t find any emails from you. Normally, when customers contact us directly or through AppSumo Support, we resolve issues within ~48 hours.
Looking into our billing system, we do see failed code redemptions on August 14. It’s possible your email domain (“@spamfreemail.de”) prevented your messages from reaching us.
